X PRODUCTION provides event equipment rental and stage rental — sound, lighting and LED screen equipment — for concerts, festivals, conferences and private events across Europe, and runs it with our own engineers. Since 2004 we have delivered more than 1,500 shows, from private events to open-air productions for 30,000 guests.
As an official d&b audiotechnik partner we tour d&b and L-Acoustics line arrays with DiGiCo consoles, Robe, Claypaky and ACME lighting on grandMA control, indoor and outdoor LED screens, Eurotruss truss, stage platforms and backline. Every rental is matched to your technical rider and can include transport, setup, an FOH engineer and a lighting operator.

For promoters and tour managers we deliver equipment to the rider and a crew that stays with the show. For event agencies and corporate teams we take care of the whole technical side — sound, lighting, LED screens and staging — so they can focus on the guests and the programme. Rider & brief
Send your rider or a short brief. We check the venue, audience and schedule, and model the room acoustics. 1–2 days.
Transparent quote
Equipment list, rental, transport, installation and engineers in one quote. No extras on the day.
Install & soundcheck
Our crew arrives early, installs, tunes and runs a full system test. Issues are solved before doors open.
Show & report
Engineers stay from first cue to last. Then load-out and a detailed report. Long-term clients get preferential rates.
