Preparing quotes and contracts — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Replying to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Statistics and marketing — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients

Website hosting and form processing: Netlify, Inc. Analytics and advertising providers only after consent. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Contract data is kept as long as required by accounting and tax law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@x-production.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
