01Booking and quotes
How do I get a quote for event equipment rental?
Send us your technical rider or a short brief through the contact form, by email or WhatsApp. Our coordinator replies within 24 hours with an equipment list, schedule and price in one quote. The quote is free and without obligation.
When does a quote become binding?
Our quotes and estimates are non-binding. A quote becomes binding only after written confirmation from both sides, and the terms of each rental are set out in the individual contract.
Do you reply at weekends?
Yes. We work 24/7 and reply to enquiries within 24 hours, including weekends and public holidays.
02Technical riders
What file formats can I send my technical rider in?
Upload the rider as PDF, XLSX or DOCX, up to 25 MB in total, through the contact form. You can also send it by email to info@x-production.com. Your rider and data stay confidential.
Do you deliver equipment exactly to the rider?
Yes. We work with international riders every season and match sound, lighting, LED and backline line by line. Rider compliance on our shows is 100%.
Can you replace L-Acoustics with d&b audiotechnik on a rider?
We are an official d&b audiotechnik partner and also supply L-Acoustics systems for riders that specify them. If a rider allows alternatives, we propose an equivalent d&b system and agree it with the artist’s engineer before the show.
What if my rider specifies a model you do not have?
We tell you at the quote stage and propose an equivalent model for approval by the production or the artist’s team. Nothing is substituted without your agreement.
03Equipment
Which brands do you rent?
Our fleet includes d&b audiotechnik and L-Acoustics sound systems, DiGiCo consoles, Robe, Claypaky and ACME lighting with grandMA control, P2.6 and P3.9 LED screens, Eurotruss truss and stage platforms from Eurotruss and Nivtec.
Which LED screen do I need for my event?
For conferences, stage backdrops and close viewing we recommend fine-pitch P2.6 screens. For festival side screens, IMAG and outdoor stages we use P3.9. We size the screen to the venue and the viewing distance in the quote.
Can you program the lighting before the event?
Yes. Our lighting operators program the show on grandMA before load-in, based on your lighting plot, so on-site time goes into focusing and rehearsal.
04Delivery, setup and crew
Can I rent equipment without your crew (dry hire)?
No. We always rent equipment and LED screens with transport, setup and our own technicians on site — a sound engineer, lighting operator or video technician. That way we are responsible for the result of the whole event.
Is transport and setup included?
Yes. Every quote can include transport, installation, operation and dismantling, so you get one price for the whole technical side of the event.
Which countries do you work in?
We are based in the Czech Republic and work in Germany, France, Italy and across the EU, with our own trucks and the same engineers on every show.
Do you provide sound and lighting engineers?
Yes. Our internationally certified FOH and lighting engineers, riggers and technicians install and run the equipment on site, from soundcheck to the last cue.
How early does the crew arrive?
The crew arrives early to build, calibrate and test the full system before doors. The exact load-in time is agreed with the venue in the schedule.
Is your rigging certified?
Our riggers are certified, and every rigging plot is agreed with the venue before installation.

What is the largest event you can support?
We have delivered open-air productions for up to 30,000 guests, technical production for three international music festivals and a Fashion Week with more than 100,000 visitors.
Do you support multi-country tours?
Yes. For European tours we supply equipment, trucks and the same crew from the first show to the last, under one contract and one invoice for every country.
Do you work at private events and weddings?
Yes. We have delivered more than 500 private events, from weddings and private celebrations to brand events, with compact premium systems and a discreet crew.
