Conference AV and corporate event production
Conference equipment rental, conference AV rental and audio visual equipment rental services for event agencies, DMCs and conference organisers. We provide speech-optimised sound that stays clear to the last row, P2.6 LED backdrops for presentations and branding, stage lighting for speakers and panels, and camera feeds to screens.
Everything is installed and run by our own engineers, from hotel ballrooms to large congress halls, with one contact for the whole technical side of the event.

Formats and venues
We work at conferences, forums, product launches, award ceremonies and corporate events — in hotel ballrooms, congress centres and event halls. For each format we plan speech-optimised sound, LED backdrops, stage lighting for speakers and camera feeds, and we can set up overnight to fit the venue’s schedule.
Microphones and speech sound
For speakers and panels we use the same digital wireless systems that run our concerts: Shure Axient Digital for keynotes and critical channels, Shure ULX-D and QLX-D, and Sennheiser evolution wireless G4. Handheld microphones are supplied with Beta 58A, SM58 or MMK 965 heads, and bodypack transmitters with headset or lavalier microphones for presenters who need their hands free.
Speech is reinforced with d&b audiotechnik loudspeakers, tuned for intelligibility rather than volume, and d&b M4 wedges give panellists clear foldback on stage. All frequencies are coordinated for the venue and every channel is tested before the doors open.
