For LED display rental and LED wall rental we supply indoor P2.6 and outdoor P3.9 LED walls, LED displays and LED panel rental for stage backdrops, IMAG side screens and event visuals, with video processors, signal distribution and a video engineer on site.
We size every LED screen to the venue and the viewing distance: fine-pitch P2.6 for conferences and close viewing, P3.9 for festival side screens and outdoor stages. Screens are delivered and rigged together with sound, lighting and staging, so one team is responsible for the whole picture. Every LED screen rental includes a video processor and a technician on site — we do not rent screens without a technician.

How to choose an LED screen
The right LED screen depends on the viewing distance, the content and the light conditions. As a rule of thumb, the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pixel pitch in millimetres: around 2.6 m for P2.6 and 3.9 m for P3.9.
For conferences, stage backdrops and close viewing we use fine-pitch P2.6 screens. For festival side screens, IMAG and outdoor stages we use P3.9. In the quote we size every screen to the venue, the audience area and the stage plan.
